How store and recover from a local backup for a synced installation.

How can I store and recover using a local backup for a synced 1Password vsn 7 installation on Mac OSX 10.15 (Catalina). Yes, I know the data is stored in the Cloud, but I want a local copy I can restore if needed.

And yes, I know the data can be exported, but the backup needs to stay encrypted.
