I made a 1 year in-app purchase through Google Play.I have subscribed to your 1-year application in Google Play subscriptions. But when I log into the app it says my account is "frozen". The app tells me I have to pay again. It gives an error message "You already have a subscription" when I try to make an annual payment. In short, I made the payment, but I cannot use the application.
Although I sent multiple emails about this situation, I did not receive a reply? Please help me.
