1Password 6 crashes on launch in macOS Monterey

1Password version 6.8.9 crashes on launch in macOS Monterey beta 3.

I am able to access my vault from iOS (version 14).

Suggestions on how I might debug this?

1Password 6 ceased development several years ago now. As each operating system is released the odds of it stopping increase. It is no longer receiving updates. I would highly urge you to look at updating 1Password to a newer version.
