"Integrate with 1Password App" not working with Edge Canary

For same reasons, I stick with Edge Canary. But the Integrate with 1Password App function not working on Edge Canary. This function works fine with Chrome and Edge(stable release) on my computer.

I have tried different combinations, none of any works.
* Edge Canary + 1Password Beta Extension in Chrome Extension Store
* Edge Canary +1Password in Edge Add-ons

I am using
* MacBook Pro 16, 2019, Intel
* macOS: Version 11.5.2
* 1Password: Version 7.8.8. BETA-0 (70808000), 1Password Beta
* Microsoft Edge Canary: Version 94.0.992.0 (Official build) Canary (x86_64)

1Password Version: 7.8.8
Extension Version: 2.0.5
OS Version: macOS 11.5.2

    @OscarGong,

    Just ensure that the com.1password.1password7.json file is in ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/NativeMessagingHosts. Vivaldi is definitely supported in this configuration for 1Password 7.

    Hey @OscarGong ,

    Vivaldi is not an officially supported browser, so integration with the desktop app is not available for it.
    The supported browsers are: Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Brave.

    Hi ag_chantelle ,

    Sorry to bother you.

    I am using Vivaldi recently, version 5.0.2497.24 (Stable channel) (x86_64), on macos Monterey Version 12.0.1, Intel MacBook Pro.
    1Password browser extension cannot communicate with native App. I tried copy the file under Chrome's NativeMessagingHosts into Vivaldi's NativeMessagingHosts folder, which does not help.

    I tried 1Password Extension Beta, which cannot communicate eihter.

    Moreover, I notice a menu item cannot display on Vivaldi.

    Could you take a look of these issues?

    Thanks for your time.

    2. Copy the file named com.1password.1password7.json to your desktop.
    3. Choose Go > Go to Folder. Copy and paste the correct path for your browser and press Return: ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft Edge Canary
    4. Open the folder NativeMessagingHosts or create it if it doesn’t exist.
