Subscribed, but not signed up - iOS

I have subscribed to platform on iOS but sign up process didn't complete/failed but the subscription option succeeded. I think I have found myself in the situation where you're taking my money but not letting me use your service.

I can't sign in to recover anything because I didn't complete the signup process, but purchase has already gone through the app store.

All I have to confirm is the app store receipt.
