Feature Request: Inclusive Gender Options
Right now the only options for Sex are “male” and “female.” A lot of companies are finally keying into asking for Gender (as opposed to Sex) and allowing for a wider range of responses. This should be reflected in 1Password’s auto fill prompts. At least add “non-binary” and “prefer not to say” as those are more commonly seen on forms now.

Thanks for bringing this up! 1Password 8 (available now for Linux, and in Early Access for macOS and Windows) has changed the way this field in Identity items is edited and shown. 1Password 8 refers to this field as "Gender", and treats it as a free-form text field rather than a drop down with pre-defined choices.
