Keyboard shortcut for Chrome? (and others?)

Hi,

So, is there any keyboard shortcut that can be used to open this dialog? Now I move my hand away from the keyboard to click "Open 1Password". The must be an easier way.

This screenshot/question applies to Chrome, but I think this also affects other browsers.
