Flashing when passwords are loading?

I use 1Password on my iphone and ipad - both operating systems are up to date as is the 1Password app. When I open the app, about 50% of the time, there is a flashing scenario that occurs before all my passwords appear. I am wondering if this is normal or if it is something of concern.

1Password Version: 7.9.3
Extension Version: can’t find it on my devices
OS Version: ipadOS 15.1 (same with phone)

    Hi @kelsie47!

    I am not sure I have ever seen flashing in the iOS app. Are you able to prepare a short screen recording that shows this?
