Including extra fields to a 1password Login

I was just logging in to the American Airlines site and noticed that they require 3 fields; username, last name, and password. Is there a way to add another login filed in 1password? This is what it looks like.

Hey @ajahn ,
You can add custom fields to a login item in 1Password. Which field is not being autofilled for you? If it's the last name field, try this:
- Open your 1Password app.
- Locate the login entry for this website, select it and click on "Edit".
- Under the username, password and website URL, select an empty "Label" and name it "Last name" (case sensitive, that's how it's written in the website).
- Input whatever you want it to fill in the empty field that belongs to that label.
- Click on "Save" to save the changes, then test autofilling on the page and see if it works.
In case it didn't work, let me know the following:
- Which field is not being autofilled.
- What browser are you using.
- What is the version of the 1Password extension in that browser.
