I need help setting up 1 Password For Families

I am a longtime user, but new to setting up for the family. I have managed to set up my account on my mac and iPhone. Somehow I managed to set up my wife's iPhone. I'm not sure I did it correctly. How do I set it up on her mac? Thanks for your help.
