Starting subscription and Queries
Hello,
I am new to 1password and planning to subscribe to 1password and currently using the application in trial mode. I see that there is a Christmas offer with 50% off for families. which seems less than individual subscription fee for now. The offer seems to be available only for new members(which I am). Am I eligible to avail this offer when my trial period ends? The page link is below
- Will deleting all logins deletes the associated tags too? Right now i am trying nested tags and checking if I can retain the tags.
- Is there a option to manage tags separately? I mean create tags predefined and use it across(including nested tags)
- Though i understood the functionality of Vault, but dont find additional information for collections. how different is collection from vault. What is the hierrarchy. Is it Vault under Collection or Collection under vaults? what is the best possible way to organize as collection
Thanks

Yes, you are eligible for the promotion with a new Families account.

No, you need to create a tag the first time by editing an item and adding the tag to it, tags cannot be created outside of items.

A collection is a collection of vaults, so it's collection > vault > items.

Hi @guhanath:
Since we're unable to discuss account-specific questions in public, it may be best to reach out to our billing specialists at
support+billing@1password.com
via email and include a link to this thread. After sending us an email, you'll receive a support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to connect your conversation here with your conversation with us via email. Thanks for your patience as we catch up from after the holidays!Jack
