Set title hint in input form to allow for multiple passwords per page

in 1Password in the Browser

Our website requires to store multiple credentials for different purposes.
To be able to distinguish these we would like to add hints to the form and ideally 1Password to add these to the item titles (or alternatively just appends them to the existing title)

Is something like that possible?
