I have 2 Private vaults and it appears that they are in two different accounts? I need to combine?
Somehow over time and having to change computers, I have acquired separate Private vaults x 2. They are both called Sonny43, but maybe they are under 2 different accounts, and I should not have but one account at least I think. I do not know where to turn! How do I start to figure this out?

We'd be happy to take a look at this! To figure out where you could be getting two Private vaults from, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Windows PC:

Thank you for the reply. It looks like you might have responded to the wrong thread so I've merged your comment with the previous thread that you opened for the issue.
Can you tell me if you were able to send in a diagnostic report as Jack requested in his comment above? If you did then do you have a Support ID? :)
