Hi

I sent a support question about adding a Yubikey via email route from the 1Password website.

I am a little concerned to get an auto response mail with the below:
"Thanks for taking the time to contact us about canceling your 1Password membership. My human friends have received your message and are working as quickly as possible to get back to you."

I hope this isn't going to be dealt with as a cancel request !!!
