Get Family subscription from desktop iMac to other devices

I am running macOS Monterey 12.1 on my desktop iMac. After a lot of issues, everything is running on my desktop. I have a family suscription but do not know how to get 1Password on my wife's last top. I know this is simple but it's most difficult for me. Please help.
Should I , or how can I upgrade to 1password 8 on all devices?
