Trying to downgrade from Families to Individual.

Hi,

I'm trying to downgrade my family membership to an Individual membership and have followed the guide.
Im keep getting an error when i click on switch to individual account.

Failed to switch to an individual account.
ServerError: 438
Session: 725CIVPD4RCP3MOPSW2ESERJX4
Time: 2022-01-30T14:24:26.785Z

Any ideas what im doing wrong please?

    Managed to get it sorted.

    I had an old frozen account that was already an individual account with the same email address as my family account.
    I deleted my old account and was then able to switch my family account to individual.
