That definitely isn't the experience we want you to have when using 1Password. I'd like to ask you to collect a console log from 1Password for Safari, so we can take a closer look at what could be going on. Follow the steps here: Save a console log for 1Password in your browser
After saving your console log, attach it to an email addressed to
support+forum@1password.com
. Include a link to this thread:https://1password.community/discussion/126959/1password-safari-sometimes-just-hangs#latest
and your username:LordOfTheFiles
. After sending your message, you'll receive a reply from BitBot with a support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to connect your conversation here with your email conversation. Thanks!Jack
