PC login not showing up in browser extension?
one of my logins is not showing up in any of my browser extensions? any ideas? thanks

- What version of 1Password for Windows are you using?
- Do you mean that the Login isn't showing up in the 1Password browser extension(s) on that same machine or on a different machine?
- If it's on a different machine, what version of 1Password are you using there?
- What browsers are you checking in for the Login item?

Hi there! thanks for the quick response.
windows 1password ver. 1.0.9.327
It is not showing in the browser extension (chrome & IE) it does however show in the 1password windows application

I accidentally posted in the lounge, would you move it to the windows forum.
one more thing to note. I was having problems with a handful of sites not autosubmitting either the login or the password or both. Disabled animations on browser fixed the problem. Major site that it was not working on was Amazon.com

A common cause is a proxy server or other "Internet security" programs blocking the secure connection between the sandboxed browser extension and the main 1Password program. Workarounds for both of these are outlined in the guide, and the latter has its own page linked in step seven:

If you're still having trouble, could you please send us your Diagnostics Report? Select Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File from the menu bar in 1Password.
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support@ agilebits .com
