Please cut a release of the python library

Beyond the TOTP PR that's been sitting for a month, there are changes on the main branch going back to August that haven't been released yet, including the read-only document support. I'm trying to use documents through an internal tool, which would be an easier sell if people didn't have to build and install the library themselves. Thanks.
