HELP!! I had to have my phone wiped due to software issues and all of my passwords are located within 1password and I am unable to login. I do not have the membership, I have the older version where you only enter a master key to login within the app. Can anyone tell me how I can login without a secret key? I have tried to contact support and they have no phone number but only response via email every 2-3 days. I have reached out on twitter also and received nothing back, I am desperate to get in and get all of my passwords!!

    Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sincerely sorry you're running into trouble with your 1Password information. Since you've reached out to us over email as well, continuing that conversation there would be your best bet.
