Scrolling problem on website

When I attempt to scroll on many of the 1password help webpages (such as) https://developer.1password.com/docs/ssh/public-key-autofill/ I can't get beyond the 1st page of text, it jitters and moves back up.
I'm using chrome 98.0.4758.102 on Windows.

1Password Version: 8.6.0
Extension Version: 2.3.0
OS Version: Win 10

    Hi @sloot !

    No problem here in Vivaldi 5.1.2567.49 (Stable channel) (64-Bit). Maybe it is a Google Chrome thing?
