Unlicensed / unpaid admin user

Is it possible to have an unpaid / unlicensed admin user for managing 1Password for clients? I can do this in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Hi @adamjb,
With 1Password Business and Teams, you are charged for any active team member, regardless if they're part of the Owners or Administrators groups. With 1Password Teams Starter Pack, you're charged a flat monthly rate of US $19.95 for up to 10 members. There isn't currently the ability to waive this cost for select admin members. I'd be happy to pass this on as a feature request to the rest of team for consideration. Let me know if you have any additional feedback or requirements.
i would love to see that as well.
users that just cant use the solution but ar admins.

+1 from me. We will also have a user which is only there to be in the owner role without active usage.
