Mac 1Pass Beta not syncing to 1Pass Beta Chrome Extension

Browser: Edge Version 99.0.1150.36 (Official build) (x86_64) w/Chrome Extension 1Pass Beta 2.3.2 since there is no beta in the Edge store.
Application: Mac 1Pass 8.6.0 80600043, on BETA channel
Problem
Update a known entry by adding a website to it. The update is not appearing in the browser. The following troubleshooting steps have no effect.
- Restart browser.
- Vaults off and on in browser extension
- Desktop app connection off and on.
Reproduction
1. In 1Pass desktop add the web address https://signon.mywebsso.stg.cba/ to a password entry.
2. Open inPrivate Browser Window and note that 1Pass is available as it was enabled for inPrivate browser window.
2. Use Incognito Mode Reset Button Chrome extension to clear cache and history.
3. Navigate to https://signon.mywebsso.stg.cba/rp_mock_client_onboarding/user
4. Click on username field to have one password icon appear on the right.
5. Click the icon and get the response "No items to show"

The latest version of 1Password 8 is 8.6.0-68 from MARCH 8 2022. The first suggestion I would offer is to make sure you are using the latest version and see if that helps with the trouble you're experiencing.
