Open and Fill doesn't work / 1Password app for Mac crashes regularly

in v7 Mac Beta

Hi guys,

I have several issues with the latest 1P BETA:

  1. Open and Fill doesn't work anymore on my 1Password 7 app for Mac.
  2. Clicking the extension button in Safari doesn't work either. The button is not active.
  3. Several crashes.

Actually, this version behaves very strange . Do we have some bugs here?

    Hello @panozfan! 👋

    I'm sorry to hear that "Open and Fill" is no longer working on your Mac. It sounds like communication between the 1Password extension in your browser and the 1Password for Mac app has broken down. To fix this please do the following:

    1. Close all open web browsers.
    2. Right-click on the 1Password icon at the top of your Mac's screen and then click Quit 1Password Completely. Wait until the icon disappears.
    3. Double-click on 1Password 7 from your Mac's Application folder.
    4. Open your web browser.

    Same problem here. Tried the steps above but Open and Fill still does NOT work.
