I can't open 1password 7

I just upgraded from version 6 to 7 because 6 is no longer working in Chrome as of March 15. I was using version 6 with a license key. I don't have a membership. Is there a way to carry over the license key (or get a new one) so that I can open and use version 7?

    We no longer sell standalone licenses for 1Password. Since you're already in contact with us via email, continuing that conversation would be the best bet, as we'd likely need to discuss specifics of your purchase to help you upgrade to the latest version of 1Password.
