3 years agoCan't disable or remove Authy 2fa
Hi
I have multiple 2FAs enrolled in my 1Password account. Three of those are Yubikeys and 1 is Authy (first and only one I used before a friend recommended the more secure Yubikey). I want to remove Authy and retain just those 3 Yubikeys. there is no option to remove the Authy option. The only option I am presented with is to disable 2FA altogether which is a bit inconvenient because I'm worried I might have to reconnect all my devices again (which was what happened when I regenerated the secret key).
Can anyone please tell me if there is a way to disable one specific 2FA as opposed to turning off 2FA and re-enrolling all the Yubikeys again?

It is not possible to do that. The authenticator app is required. Without the app the ability to add the key is not exposed.
