Was offered 50%, but now no support

Hello,
So i was offered 50% for 3 years via email, if i signup for a membership. Due to my old "lifetime" 1password no longer working in browsers.
I have a trial account active now with the basic family plan.
I was offered this deal 7 days ago, and i have replied to the email a few times saying i will accept the deal and asking how do i apply it.
But i have had no more support replies at all letting me know how.
Is it normal to not get any support responses for 5+ days?
