Signed up via App Store on Apple cannot select Family as an option

I have had 1Password for about 6 months now. I always wanted it to be a family plan and I assumed it was but after further investigation, I found I am on a single plan and I have no way to upgrade to family? The main page of 1Password says it's easy just to subscribe family plan on the app store. That is not an option nor is it able to be changed on your site or on the apple store. Why is it so difficult?

    Hi @onedarkgeek,

    If you started your subscription with an in-app purchase, you won’t be able to change your account type yourself. We can help you get swiched over to direct billing so that you can upgrade, though. To facilitate that please contact us via email. If you are already being billed by us directly (i.e. not by Apple or Google) then this guide may help:
