  • Hi @rreyes,

Happy to help. Anyone in the Owners or Administrators groups in a team or business account can suspend users. That said, this option will be greyed out and unavailable to you if provisioning with the 1Password SCIM bridge is enabled. You won't be able to manually execute most provisioning tasks (like suspending or deleting a user) while your provisioning integration is active. Normally, removing someone from your Identity Provider will also result in them being suspended in 1Password. If you need to manually suspend a user, you will first need to pause provisioning.

You can pause provisioning from the Integrations settings page in your 1Password account by interacting with the "Provisioning users & groups" toggle. Be sure to reenable that setting after you're done to ensure everything syncs properly.
