1password6 with classic Chrome extension cannot verify Chrome signature

I get the error here when trying to fill in a form using 1password6 and the classic Chrome extension.
macos 12.3.1.
1Password 6 Version 6.8.9 (689001)
1Password extension (desktop app required) 4.7.5.90
Chrome Version 100.0.4896.60 (Official Build) (arm64)
The following doesn't work:
- Restarting Chrome
- Restarting the computer
- Reinstalling the extension
- My browser is located in the Applications folder.
What can I do to solve this issue?
1Password Version: 6.8.9
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: macOS 12.3.1

Thanks. So the only solution is to stop using 1Password6 and upgrade to the subscription based product?
