How do I change the name of "Our Family"?
I just made a family account and am in the process of setting everything up. How do I change the name of "Our Family"? That's not what I want it to be called.

I have the same problem as imauser. I'd like to change the "Our Family" name to something else but can't see how do it. I've tried going to https://start.1password.com/settings/account but it appears all I can do is delete the account. There's no option to edit the name that I can see. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Sign into 1Password.com or 1Password.ca, and then click Settings in the sidebar on the right, like this:
Then you can change the family name on the page that appears. Give that a try and let me know how you get on. I'll be here if you need further help.

I have the same issue but do not have "Settings" in the right sidebar. Just "Home" "Our Family" and "Integrations." What am I missing?

If you don't see Settings, that would usually mean that you're not a Family Organizer. Only the Family Organizer(s) will be able to change family-wide settings, so check with them, and they should be able to change the family name.

@andreafuredy I joined a family, then i changed my name, but nothing changed. In my app, it still displays "Our family", not display my name. I asked my family organizer, but he said, he does not receive any notification about this change to confirm my account. Help me

Hi @hbteamobi,
The name listed within the 1Password app is the over-arching Family account name and not the name listed for each individual family member; this would by why you're seeing "Our Family" reflected within the app as opposed to the name of your personal account.
