No qr code was provided by T-Mobile to set up 2-FA in 1password

I selected the option to set up 2-FA in my T-Mobile profile. However, no qr code was provided for setup in 1Password. It shows a way to set up Google Authenticator, but not anything else. Is 1Password 2-FA not compatible with the T-Mobile login?

We can certainly use 1Password as an authenticator for your T-mobile login.

I did that, but T-Mobile did not provide a QR code.

Are you trying to set up the 2FA on T-Mobile's app on your phone?

If possible, can you try it with a browser on your computer?

I'm sorry that I don't have a T-Mobile number to do a comprehensive test.

Sorry, I should have been more detailed. I was trying it in the browser. There seems to be a little less information in the app.

I'll try to better explain what is happening...the explanation is in with the screen prints in the attached image.

I think I followed their instructions and those of 1Password – I have been able to set up other sites successfully.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. Can you try the "Google Authenticator" on your T-Mobile ID settings page? I believe we can use 1Password in Chrome to replace the Google Authenticator during the process.
