Affiliate application refused?

Hi, I am creating a course to learn my clients how to use use safe logins and passwords using 1Password. In January I signed up to be an affiliate, but I have been rejected. I tried again a few weeks ago, got rejected again. Can't find out why? Is it because I am not in the US?
My CJ ID is - removed by staff - . Could you please look into this?
I've been using 1Password for about 10 years now.
