Mac 1Password 8.7.0; OS Monterey 12.3.1; MacBook Pro M1
I created a new entry for the website https://www.pssummit.com/VIP4Pass and entered a password. When I click on "Open and Fill", the website login page opens, and the icon for the 1Password login entry show, but neither the user name not the password are filled it. May be a matter of 1Password recognizing this particular website.

1Password Version: 8 for Mac
Extension Version: 8.7.0
OS Version: Mac OS 12.3.1

I'm using 1password 7.9.4 on Mac with Monterey.
Usually only use the desktop app, fill in my username & copy over the password.
But recently re-installed the annoying browser app for Firefox.
In my experience, the 1P Firefox browser app only works when the 1P desktop app is already open.

    For either https://www.pssummit.com or https://www.pssummit.com/VIP4Pass
On the login page, the 1P icon appears & shows the login title & username
But when I click the little box to fill the login ----> nothing happens!

Even if I open the 1p Firefox browser mini window (which I rarely do)
    Select the pssummit login
Click 'open and fill' ----> nothing happens!

Filling login has often been reliable as long as:
the info desired is username & password
that info is in the fields in a login page
the 1p desktop app is already open & 1p Firefox browser app installed

Then I clicked to post this comment & had to sign in here.
    hahahaha
1p Firefox browser app says no item!
Even when I scroll & select that page in the desktop app.
So I typed username & did copy & paste for password.
Then 1p Firefox browser app asks if I want to save the login.
    (Nope. Already have it.)

1P Firefox browser app is convenient when it works.
Usually I stick to the 1P desktop app,
Type in username, then copy & paste password
    Works every time.

I've done some testing and I'm unable to replicate the behaviour you've mentioned with psummit.com. If you don't mind, I'd like us to try and save a new Login and see if it improves your filling experience. To illustrate, I've recorded the steps for saving and testing a new Login below:

Can you try to replicate these steps, with your own credentials, and let me know if you're able to autofill with the new Login?
