Safari icon in greyscale

Currently, the icon for 1Password in Safari is using its colors. This doesn’t match the icon design in Safari at all. I would love to see this in greyscale similar to the menu bar icon, so it seem to be possible. 🙂

1Password Version: 8.7.0
Extension Version: 2.3.3
OS Version: macOS 12.3.1

    +1 on this, 1Password 7 used a grayscale icon that match up much better with safari.

    @KittMedia

    Thanks for sharing this is important for you. I can't make promises, but I'd be happy to pass this on to the team. Also there is a similar topic here about this subject. When I locate it, I will merge this one into it.

    Happy to have you with us.

    I agree, please restore the icon y'all used with the 1Password 7 extension. The current one stands out like a sore thumb.

    -1 on this! macOS is far too bland and I have difficulty picking out icons because they're all visually too similar. I actually really like the fact that the icon has color! If you're going to change the color to gray (i.e. eliminate the color) then please make it optional, or perhaps part of some selectable theme...

    @matiaskorhonen

    I've added your vote to the feature request, thank you for the feedback!

    @MickM

    Thank you for your input! At the moment the feature request is specifically to add a greyscale icon option so that, if this specific feature request ends up being adopted, users would have the choice of which icon they'd like to use. That being said, I've passed along your feedback to our product team as well. 🙂
