I have a family member that can use 1password on iphone and ipad, but can't log in to 1password.com.

I have a family member that can use 1password on iphone and ipad, but can't log in to my.1password.com. It says "the email address and Secret Key are not correct". I believe I have the Secret Key correct. I do have two ideas: (1) her email address is also affiliated with another family (a leftover from doing a free trial a couple of years ago.) and (2) I don't know what I should be using 1password.com or 1password.ca
