Why do several people on this forum use “1Pass” instead of “1Password”?
I’m surprised to see how many people use the name “1Pass” instead of “1Password” on this forum…
Don’t they know which product they are using? Are they too lazy to type the full name? Is it their pet name?
Or was 1Password once actually called “1Pass”? (Or was this term used in an advertisement?)
(Not trying to insult anyone; just curious)
1Password Version: 1Password
Extension Version: n/a

1Password was once actually called “1Passwrd” because of "DOS." My guess is "1Pass" because of context--or people have auto-correction turned off.

Better name it
3Passwords
because you need Password, Secret Key and TOTP, if enabled... 😁😘0 -
Then I’m going to trademark 0Password (& 0Passwords) for the password-less future…

The Software Engineer in me thinks about compilers when reading "1pass" ("one pass"):
