Upgrade from individual to family

Hi!

I apologize for the post, but it seems that every time I try to submit a ticket I don’t get a reply, which means the email never went through? I check every nook and cranny of my email -inbox, junk, you name it.

I was wondering if I can get some assistance in upgrading my account from an individual account to a family account. Currently, I have an in-app subscription.

I appreciate the help!

    Hi there,

    I have a license for a longtime, now running 1PW7
    I received in the 1PW app (on my Mac) an offer for a 50% discount for three years. What do I get? And what will it cost? I can't find it. I have no idea how it works. There is no button for existing accounts. Can you pls give me more info?
