Autofill not working anymore for new Volksbank login

Hi team,

1password doesn't autofill the username on https://vrbprignitz.de/services_cloud/portal/m/banking_start
password is filled but username is not. If I manually copy the username and proceed to login I'm not asked to update my 1pw entry.

Note that the bank has changed its portal to new design and URL (above),
with the old site (still live) autofill works fine:

Repro on MacBook Pro M1 Browsers: Chrome Beta
Firefox 101 and 102 Beta

    Appears to be fixed except for Safari 15.6 (macOS 12.5).

    Please note that 1pw correctly autofills the same login on an iPad Pro with iPadOS 15.5 and Safari 15.5.
    I does not with Safari on MacBook Pro M1 with Monterey 12.4.

    I have the same problem on Windows 10 with Firefox: https://1password.community/discussion/130699/autofill-only-triggers-on-the-password-field-of-german-cooperative-bank-but-not-the-username-field

    I noticed that the username field is recognized with an older Extension Version, 2.1.4 in my case.
