why do I not see invitations in the sidebar in my family plan

I purchased a family plan. I want to invite the other family members. The help files say to click on "invitations" in the sidebar. However, I do not see "invitations" in the sidebar or anywhere else. How do I find the "invitations" button or section?

    To invite a family member, you'll need to access the account through your web browser.
    Are you following the steps within the article in the 1Password app or through your browser at 1Password.com?

    Thank you! I did not know that signing in through the browser provided different options.
