Join our Beta Test for 1Password Service Accounts Launching Mid-July

Team Member

We are excited to announce that 1Password Service Accounts will be available for beta testing starting mid-July!

Since launching Developer Tools, we have been on a mission to simplify and secure your development workflows and infrastructure. That’s why we’ve created our newest feature, Service Accounts, to enable developers and admins to manage secrets and automate tasks in their applications and infrastructure without having to deploy additional services.

We want to hear your input on this new feature - and will be sending out 1Password Swag to users who provide the most insightful feedback. Please submit this form to volunteer for one of our limited beta testing seats.

Note: To participate in the beta, you must have administrator or owner privileges on your team’s 1Password account. Please be advised that we will require the account owner to send a request to [email protected] in order to activate the beta feature.

We’ll follow up in early July to confirm your spot and provide instructions on how to get started.

So this is only for Teams and not for Families? :(

    Hi @XIII,

Thank you for your patience. This will work with a Family Account too, you must have owner or admin privileges to access the feature though. I apologize for the confusion, hope that clears it up :)
