How can I switch to the Teams Starter Pack?

I shows the account as Teams Standard (Annual). Contains 10 members. A one-year bill costs $478.8.
The official website shows that the Teams Starter Pack also contains 10 members. Only $240 per year ($19.95 per month).

    I feel fairly sure this change may need some help from my email colleagues. I would recommend sending us an email using [email protected] Be sure to do so from an email address of a responsible party (account admin) who can make changes. That will help expedite the process.
