Good afternoon,

I am reaching out in search of support for adding additional fields to a password entry in 1Password that will auto-fill.

Certain websites which have additional login fields do not seem to always be detected during setup. If you try to add them manually later, they either fail to autofill or don't prompt to save.

For example, the "Employee Login" at PayCom requires three fields:

  1. Username
  2. Password
  3. Last 4 of social

https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ee/web.php/app/login

Username and Password properly auto-fills, but I am unable to save or auto-fill the social.

Is there a way to resolve this on my end? Is it an issue with recognition for this particular website?

Thanks!

  • Hi @SpaceSwift:

Doing a quick test, I was able to manually enter in a username, a password, and the last 4 of a SSN, then choose "Save in 1Password" on the password field, and then 1Password in the browser was able to fill. Let me know how you get on with that!

Aha! That did do it... I was trying to do it manually within the entry as the "Save in 1Password" button doesn't show up once you AutoFill from 1Password, even if entering in the SSN which had not previously been saved.

    Thanks for the assist!
