Timeout for 1P auth on SSH changed to be super short

I've had SSH auth working well for a few months and I use it every day, but today something seems to have changed. When I initiate a connection I will get the TouchID prompt for a short time (less than 1 second) and then it will disappear and prompt me for my password (to the remote machine not 1P) instead. If I am quick and get my finger on the sensor before that tiny window, things work fine and I'm authenticated with a key, but it didn't used to be so dang short! I tried with multiple servers that I know have not had any changes on their side and always got the same behavior, so I know it something wrong with my local SSH agent.

Here's the output of ssh -v the TouchID prompt disappears when sign_and_send_pubkey: signing failed for ED25519 "Personal SSH Key" from agent: agent refused operation shows up:

    I was on the beta channel so was on Build 80800215, on BETA channel when I noticed the problem this morning. I uninstalled that and reverted to 80800203, on PRODUCTION channel to try and fix but I'm still getting the same behavior.

    Actually, this appears to be a larger problem. I get the same sub-second TouchID prompt even when unlocking the main 1Password application. So I don't think this is a ssh-agent problem after all.

    I resolved this by some combination of restarting, logging in/out of 1Pass, and reconnecting my Keyboard with TouchID.
    Weird bug but maybe that can help someone narrow things down.
