Why 2step ask if I want to use 1password -I always want to.

It used to be when I clicked in a log-in field in Safari, 1Password would pop up I would open it with the touch button on my MacBook and it would autofill. NOW there is always an additional step where it asks if I want to use 1Password. I always want to, I don't have any other password keepers or whatever. I can't seem to find a setting that turns off this extra step.
