[bug fix] favorites should be per user, not per item

It seems that favorites are stored per item. not per user. We have shared vaults in our family, and my favorites are different than those of other family members, yet we all see each others' favorites. We now resort back to search; the feature is self-defeating.
The same problem must be terrible in the teams/business environment.
I'm shocked that this has not been address in the version 8 "rewrite".
