Recent update 1pw8 ( from 1pw7) won't open and fill ? Mac OS

Long time loyal 1pw user.Always recommend 1pw to others.After recent update it created one more 1pw and left 1pw7, so I have two.
None of them will open and fill. Contacted 1pw 4 times, 4 emails on 4 separate days?
Still waiting to have it sorted out.In the past support was much faster.
Disappointed as payment is taken on due date and now I can not use 1pw?
I decided to join this community to perhaps get faster help.
I m not a computer geek, but in the past help was received in more timely fashion and it got resolved fast.
Also if you are on Mac OS right after you close 1pw check it out go to:
Finder, Apps and click to open 1pw .It opens without prompting to enter password.... !
I sure hope that the 1pw will be able to respond to its members in more timely fashion.

    Steps I'm taking is waiting for help.I don't know how to fix it!!!
    Everything was fine until I Updated to 1pw8 (from 1pw7 )and somehow ended up having both 1pw7 and 1pw8 in my dock , but both won't open and fill.Open and fill does nothing!
    Its working fine on my I phone and I pad as I m ignoring prompts to update to 1pw8.
    Need to get it working on my MacBook Air.
    It maybe be easier if I go back to 1pw7 which was working fine.

    Hopefully it can get resolved really soon.
    Thanks and don't want to duplicate request for help.
    Seems that they too are busy, with slow response , but hopefully will get it fixed soon.Fingers crossed.....
