Autofill regression in 1Password 8 (Safari on Mac)

My wife and I both have Chase credit cards, with credentials stored in a shared vault. With 1Password 7, I was able to use 1Password to autofill on Safari. On the chase.com site, I get a dropdown menu in the signon page, but for either of our usernames, nothing happens when I select one of the accounts--the fields remain blank. I reinstalled 1Password 7 and found that it still works, with only that version running.
