Unable to upgrade from an individual account to Teams

I looked up how to upgrade from an individual account to a family or Teams account and their proposals are to look into the sidebar and invite people. However in my account there is no option on how to uprade the account.
Another detail is that I susbcribed to 1password through App store.
any help here?
