Firefox extension does not have my passwords

I've been using 1Password for years. This week I bought a new Mac running Monterey, and used Mac's Migration Assistant to transfer apps, files, settings, etc. from my old Catalina machine. 1Password (7.9.6) is installed and running just fine, and still has all 1,114 items. But the extension was not automatically installed in Firefox. I have attempted to install it and it shows up, but it doesn't contain any of my items.
